Zeppe's Daily Lead Delivery — Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 15, 2026

This policy describes the Zeppe's Daily Lead Delivery desktop automation operated by Round23 Creative. It applies to this automation, not to every service on the Round23 website.

Information accessed and why

With the operator's consent, the app uses Gmail send and metadata permissions. It checks the authorized account's email address, sends the configured lead email, and reads Sent-message identifiers, headers, labels and timestamps to verify delivery and prevent duplicates. This verification can inspect metadata from other recent Sent messages. It does not read Gmail message bodies or attachments.

The app separately retrieves eligible franchise inquiries from the configured Zeppe's Meta lead form. The delivery email includes the inquiry's name, city, email address and phone number.

Use and sharing

The app uses this information only to deliver the authorized inquiries and confirm delivery. Lead emails go to the designated Zeppe's recipient, with the authorized Round23 operator copied. Gmail and the recipients' email services process and retain the email under their own policies.

The app does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising, profiling or AI model training. Round23's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

Storage and protection

The OAuth credential is stored in a private, access-restricted file on the operator's Mac. It is not included in public pages, logs or delivery receipts.

Raw inquiry values are held in memory during delivery and are not saved in the app's plans, receipts or duplicate-prevention records. They remain in the delivered email and at the source provider.

Local operational records retain hashed lead identifiers, delivery dates and counts, batch identifiers, message references, and delivery verification details. Delivery receipts can include business sender and recipient addresses and the batch subject. These records support duplicate prevention and audit. No automatic deletion interval is configured; the operator can review and remove them when no longer needed.

Control, revocation and deletion

The operator can disconnect the app in Google Account connections. Revocation prevents future authorized Gmail access; it does not delete existing email or records. Contact brian@round23.com to request assistance with access, deletion of app-held records, or privacy questions. Removing duplicate-prevention records requires care to avoid repeat delivery.

Changes

This page will be updated if the automation's data practices change.
